A Little About Me...

I've always wanted to do it all. Since I was a small child, I've joined every club and chased every dream. I've loved reading and road trips and recipes; anything I can do or see or be. So I'm hoping to capture a bit of that dream chasing for my own posterity and for sharing it with you. In that vein, here's a little bit about me. 

I live and work in Dallas, Texas and travel every chance I get. When I'm at home, I spend my time golfing, cooking, reading and picking up projects. I have a 6 year old "schnoodle" who rescued me 3 years ago when I found him at the Humane Society. His name is Otis Redding as is my favorite singer. He's a 20 pound ball of love that will basically be a puppy forever. 

My family is awesome. They're loving and loud and wonderful and  I'm blessed to live near them. And that they are happy to adopt my friends for family vacations, holidays and home cooked meals. And that, ridiculous though it may be, they indulge my fantasy of being able to do it all.
